This unique action is suitable for a multitude of applications, and ideal for Westo’s favourite fishing techniques of fishing soft plastic prawns.  However, is the perfect crossover to effectively fish both hard and soft vibes or, high speed metal jigs.  These lure fishing techniques are extremely popular in both fresh and salt water, and now there is purpose-designed rod that fishes them with maximum effectiveness!

The ‘LivePrawner’ is also ideal for a range of species including freshwater river and lake targets of murray cod. Saltwater estuary species such as barramundi, threadfin salmon & jew or, offshore brutes like tuna, mackeral, nannygai & snapper.

The length of the ‘LivePrawner’ adds a high degree of versatility, allowing for long casts in open waters such as lakes, estuaries or offshore, but also short enough in the tip length to fish many fish with an almost vertically under the front of the boat.
